Four Treasury Staff Arrested Over Sh10.5M Bribery Scheme

The EACC has arrested four employees from the National Treasury’s Pensions Department for allegedly soliciting and receiving Sh10.5 million in bribes. The money was reportedly funnelled through a paybill number linked to one of the suspects, Wilkins Muhando Mugatsia. They are being held at Integrity Centre Police Station and will be arraigned soon.
