Former Igembe North MP Richard Maoka Maore has criticized current MP Julius Taitumu for allegedly stalling key development projects. Speaking in Laare, Maore noted that the Igembe North Sub-County Headquarters project, valued at Ksh 50 million, requires only Ksh 15 million for completion
